About the Role

EVO Colombia is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst & CRM Manager to help drive smarter marketing decisions through data, reporting, CRM management, and AI-powered solutions.

In this role, you will analyze marketing performance, manage CRM workflows, build dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness and business growth. You will work closely with leadership to transform data into meaningful decisions while supporting both digital and field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze marketing performance across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows and lead tracking.
- Monitor campaign ROI, conversion rates, and lead generation metrics.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.




- Support AI-driven marketing initiatives and digital content projects.
- Provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM management, performance reporting, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM and reporting platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
