At The Cruz Law Office, APC, we don't just process cases—we transform lives. We are looking for an experienced Remote Intake & Sales Supervisor who is passionate about leadership, coaching, and developing high-performing teams while ensuring every potential client receives an exceptional experience from their very first interaction with our firm.
This is a leadership position for someone who understands that client acquisition begins with Intake and continues seamlessly through the Sales process. The adecuado candidate is an experienced leader who can inspire, train, motivate, and hold teams accountable while maintaining our culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement.
As the Intake & Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations, performance, training, and development of both the Intake and Sales Departments.
You will work closely with leadership to ensure every team member consistently delivers an exceptional client experience while meeting departmental goals and key performance indicators.
This position requires a strong understanding of the entire client acquisition lifecycle, beginning with initial lead contact, proper case screening, accurate note-taking, identifying legal issues and client pain points, conducting effective follow-up, and successfully converting qualified consultations into retained clients.

Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise, mentor, and coach the Intake and Sales teams.
- Train new hires and provide continuous education to existing team members.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Motivate the team to consistently exceed individual and departmental goals.
- Develop team members professionally while reinforcing the office’'s Core Values.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Update and create SOP’s and training materials for both Sales - Rebuttals - Persuasion and active listening - client relationship building
- Ensure calendar remains filled and strategize ways to improve conversion into consultations (intake) and conversion into retained new client (sales)
Intake Department Oversight
- Ensure all incoming leads are screened accurately and efficiently.
- Train staff on identifying client pain points and gathering essential information.
- Ensure proper issue spotting and case identification.
- Maintain high-quality note-taking standards and documentation.
- Monitor intake calls for quality assurance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and intake workflows.
- Improve conversion from lead to consultation.
- Prepare weekly and biweekly reports per member and department
Sales Department Oversight
- Supervise consultation follow-up efforts.
- Coach representatives on objection handling and consultative sales techniques.
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales conversations and provide constructive feedback.
- Improve consultation-to-retainer conversion rates.
- Assist with escalated client concerns when necessary.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and team performance.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor KPIs and departmental performance.
- Analyze reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with firm procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements.
- Assist in creating and updating SOPs and training materials.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising Intake, Sales, or Client Acquisition teams
- Previous experience managing both Intake and Sales departments is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a U.S. Immigration Law Firm is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the complete client acquisition process.
- Experience training and developing employees.
- Experience conducting quality assurance reviews.
- Strong coaching and motivational skills.

CompensationIndependent Contractor (Full-Time)
Schedule: 9:00 am PST to 5:30 PST
Starting Salary: $1,850–$2,000 USD per month (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses: bonuses based on team performance, departmental KPIs, and overall office’s success.
