This is a customer-facing software role. As a Product Specialist, you will help dealerships understand, use, and get value from the Goxee platform. You will answer questions, guide users through the software, help troubleshoot issues, and make sure customers feel supported.

This is not an outbound sales job. You are not cold calling all day. You are helping real customers use real software.

A background in tech support, software support, help desk, SaaS, or customer service for a technology company is adecuado. If you are good at explaining things clearly, staying calm with customers, and learning software fast, this could be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

- Help dealerships understand and use the Goxee platform
- Learn the product deeply so you can become a trusted point of contact for customers
- Answer customer questions by phone and email with clear next steps




- Work with our sales and product teams to share customer feedback, product questions, and common issues

You’re a Good Fit If

- Your English is clear, fluent, and confident
- You have experience in tech support, software support, help desk, SaaS support, or customer service
- You are comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- You are patient, calm, and professional with customers
- You learn new software quickly
- You are reliable and show up on time
- You are able to work in-office in El Poblado
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
