We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Medical Scribe to complete medical records, and this position is strictly for Medical Doctors. Foreign Medical Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

The Remote Medical Scribe will document patient encounters, review clinical records, and ensure accuracy within the electronic medical record system. This is a full-time, remote position aligned with U.S. Eastern Time clinic hours.

Responsibilities

- Documentation of patient visits within the EMR
- Summarizing imaging, lab results, and prior medical records
- Preparing charts and maintaining accurate medical documentation
- Communicating efficiently with the care team
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA





Qualifications

- Medical Doctor (MD or equivalent) required
- Foreign Medical Doctor (FMG) strongly preferred
- Experience in orthopedics or spine is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly precise medical documentation skills
- Excellent command of written English and medical terminology
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, diagnostic language, and clinical workflow
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Reliable high-speed internet and remote-ready workstation
