Digital Marketing Manager (Remote ) CardioMender MD Weight Loss Specialists

CardioMender MD Weight Loss Specialists, a medical weight loss and wellness practice based in Florida, is hiring a full-time remote Digital Marketing Manager. This is a contractor role with a fixed monthly salary of $1,500 USD.

What you'll own:

- SEO for two websites: cardiomenderweightloss.com and firma.care
- Google Business Profile management and local SEO (reviews, Q&A;, posts)
- Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads management (setup, optimization, budget allocation, reporting)
- Ad creative production — using AI tools and editing raw video footage we provide
- Building funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel
- Tracking and analytics setup (GA4, GTM, conversion pixels) across both sites
- Email/SMS nurture sequences for leads who don't convert immediately and lapsed-patient reactivation
- Reputation management — monitoring and responding to reviews, running review-generation campaigns
- Analyzing the full lead journey (ad click → lead → booked → converted)



and making data-driven changes to improve conversion
- Auditing staff follow-up on leads and flagging gaps or delays
- Weekly reporting on spend, CPL, conversion rate, and staff follow-up performance

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience running paid ads (Google + Meta) with measurable results — please include examples/metrics
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience (funnels, automations, CRM)
- SEO experience for local/service-based businesses
- Comfortable producing or directing video ad creative
- Analytical — comfortable in spreadsheets/CRM data, not just "vibes" reporting
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Self-directed; this is a full-time remote role with real ownership of results
