We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual (English/Spanish) Demand Writer Assistant to support our personal injury team. This role is adecuado for someone with strong writing skills and experience in legal support who can help build compelling demand packages for insurance negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and preparing demand letters for personal injury cases
- Review and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Summarize client treatment and case facts in a clear, structured format
- Calculate and track damages, including medical expenses and lost wages
- Coordinate with case managers, attorneys, and medical providers
- Ensure all demand packages are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 1+ year of experience in personal injury (case management, paralegal, or similar role)
- Strong writing, grammar, and attention to detail
- Experience handling medical records and legal documentation
- Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., MyCase, Needles, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
