15%–25% through strategic plan design and market analysis.

Role Overview:

The Sales Research Assistant supports our Business Development Representative (BDR) team by

researching, enriching, and validating prospect data before outreach. This role is not sales and

does not involve cold calling. It is a research-focused, detail-oriented position that directly impacts

sales efficiency and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify decision-makers at target companies

- Enrich lead data using tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Verify and update company and contact information





- Improve and standardize CRM data quality

- Flag low-quality or non-workable leads

- Collaborate with BDRs and Sales Managers

Tools You’ll Use:

- Apollo.io

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- CRM platforms

- Google Sheets / Excel

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

- Comfort working with online research tools

- Good written English

- Organized and process-driven mindset

Nice to Have:

- Experience in lead research or sales operations

- Familiarity with B2B environments

- Experience working with U.S.-based companies
