JOB DESCRIPTION:

COMPENSATION: $2,500–$6,000+ USD/month (personal commission + team override, paid in US dollars via Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer). Uncapped — the bigger you build, the more you earn.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

NEI Sales Engine is a standalone US-based sales-as-a-service division of Nieto Engineering Inc. (est. 1992, 60+ AI products, 33 IP filings). We're building a dedicated international sales team from scratch — and we need someone to LEAD it.

As Sales Manager, you'll be a player-coach: close your own deals AND recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of 3–10 international sales representatives. Your income comes from what YOU close plus an override on everything your TEAM closes.

No ceiling. No politics. Just production.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Close (50% of your time):

Personally run client sales campaigns: prospect, call, demo, propose, close

Maintain your own pipeline and CRM activity

Model what excellent selling looks like for your team

Build & Lead (50% of your time):

Recruit international sales reps (we provide sourcing tools + training platform)

Screen candidates: review voice recordings, conduct Zoom interviews, score applicants

Train new reps using NEIademy (our self-paced training system)

Coach reps weekly: call reviews, pipeline reviews, objection practice

Hold reps accountable: activity metrics, CRM compliance, quality standards

Lead weekly team call: status updates, coaching, wins, stuck deals

Report team performance to CEO weekly

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years B2B sales experience with documented results (revenue, quotas, close rates)
- Previous team management or leadership experience (formal or informal — coaching counts)
- Strong spoken and written English (you'll coach reps AND sell to US business owners)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus — opens LATAM expansion opportunities
- Same timezone as US Eastern — full business hours availability
- Comfortable managing remote international team members
- Self-motivated — no one tells you what to do. You build it, you run it, you own it.




- Commission-only (no base salary — you eat what you kill, personally and through your team)
- CRM proficient. Zoom proficient. AI-tool ready (ChatGPT, research, email drafting)

- Clear growth path: start with 3–5 reps → grow to 8–10 → earn overrides on everything

COMPENSATION (USD — Paid Monthly via Wise/PayPal/Payoneer):

Stream 1 — Personal Closes: Same earn-up tiers as top reps (10% → 12% → 15% → up to 20% of division's collected share)

Stream 2 — Team Override:

$500 USD bonus each time a rep you recruited hits $5K/month for the first time.

At 10 reps doing 5 deals each at 5% override: | Personal + Override | $900 + $3,750 = $4,650/month |

HOW THIS WORKS:

- First 30 days: You sell as a rep. Prove you can close. Learn the products, CRM, scripts.
- Day 31+: Once you've demonstrated closing ability, we assign your first 3–5 reps. Override starts.
- Ongoing: Build your team to 8–10 productive reps while maintaining your own pipeline.





Why 30 days as a rep first? Because you can't coach what you can't do. If you can't close, you can't teach others to close.
