Marketing, Content & SEO Analyst – Remote, Colombia

We're looking for a Marketing, Content & SEO Analyst to join our team, bring our content to life, strengthen our digital presence and website performance, and contribute fresh ideas that connect with our audiences and our people. It's a dynamic role, ideal for someone creative, organized, and proactive — with an analytical mindset to help our website grow and rank.

What you'll do

- Create, edit, and schedule content for our social media and digital channels.
- Contribute fresh ideas to our content strategy and take them from proposal to execution.
- Support and maintain our company website (WordPress): content updates, landing pages, blog posts, image optimization, and general housekeeping.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices: keyword research, meta titles and descriptions, alt text, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar); generate reports and recommendations.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve organic ranking, traffic, and user experience.
- Design and send internal communications and newsletters that strengthen our culture.
- Lead internal initiatives such as birthdays, employee of the month, and engagement activities.
- Support campaign development and manage related information (forms, follow-up, results).
- Collaborate on visual material (photo and video) for the website and onboarding experience.
- Provide additional support to the Marketing team on initiatives as needed.

What we're looking for

- Technical, technologist,



or professional degree (or final-semester student) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in digital content, social media, or communications.
- Demonstrable knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization).
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar).
- Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
- A creative eye and excellent writing skills in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with Canva or other content design and scheduling tools.
- Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
- English B2+ MANDATORY.
- Availability to work part-time, Monday to Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST).

CES+ will grant holiday time off to the independent contractors on the holidays listed below:

- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas (December 25)
