About the Role

COARE Communities is seeking a highly driven Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate investment opportunities across the United States and support our Capital Markets activities. You will analyze financial data, build projection models, conduct market research, and coordinate due diligence to help close real estate acquisitions nationwide.

This position is idóneo for ambitious individuals eager to deepen their knowledge of U.S. real estate investment. Within one year, analysts can expect to gain hands-on deal experience and advanced financial modeling skills. Top performers are eligible for substantial bonus potential after their first year.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop financial models to evaluate investment metrics (IRR, MOIC, Cash-on-Cash)
- Conduct real estate market research to identify opportunities
- Perform due diligence and support acquisition closings
- Prepare investment memos, teasers, and investor materials
- Monitor performance of existing investments
- Maintain due diligence trackers and coordinate communication with third parties
- Assist with asset management, including refinancing processes and performance reviews

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or real estate acquisitions
- Strong Finance foundation (required)




- Must be comfortable working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (U.S. time zone)
- Willingness to respond to inquiries outside standard hours when necessary
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- Must complete a financial modeling test as part of the hiring process
