Appointment Setter (B2B) — Solar & Clean Energy Industry | Remote, Full-Time

Kurios City is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing U.S.-based company in the solar and clean energy technology industry, currently seeking an Appointment Setter to generate outbound pipeline and book qualified meetings for its sales team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote, critical hire supporting the company's Sales department. The Appointment Setter will prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with decision-makers across the solar and clean energy sector.

Responsibilities

- Prospect and contact potential customers via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify business opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Go High Level) of prospects and activities
- Follow up consistently on leads and opportunities
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified opportunities




- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outbound messaging

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, BDR, or in B2B demand generation
- Experience prospecting and reaching decision-makers in relevant industries
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- B2 to C1 level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in solar, renewable energy, construction, or EPC industries
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
