About us

We are a New York City-based architecture firm specializing in multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. Founded seven years ago, the firm is currently undergoing a rebrand and expanding its team. With a total of 30 team members, including an 11-person architectural team in Bogotá, we work on the design and delivery of projects across New York City, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on quality and innovation.

About the role

The Project Architect will lead the architectural project and will be supervised by the project manager. This role involves overseeing the architectural process for 3-7 projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality design and compliance with regulations. The candidate will have to coordinate with consultants such as structural engineers, MEP engineers, interior designers and clients. The Project Architect will be fully responsible to deliver DD (design development), CD (construction documents)



and CA (construction administration) and must demonstrate overall architectural skills, including the ability to create detailed drawings and specifications, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Required Skills:

● Strong overall architectural skills with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects.

● Proficiency in Revit for architectural design and documentation.

● Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.

● Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Attention to detail in design development and documentation.
