Are you passionate about driving transformation and creating meaningful change? As a Process Excellence Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability. Your work will directly impact key performance indicators (KPIs) and help shape the future of operational excellence at Gallagher.

How you'll make an impact

- Transform operations by deploying Gallagher’s process excellence framework, ensuring standardized, efficient, and strategically aligned workflows.




- Design and execute transformation roadmaps that improve productivity, cycle times, and operational costs, while fostering collaboration across operations, analytics, and automation teams.
- Leverage data-driven insights to implement monitoring tools that track efficiency, quality, service-level agreements (SLAs), and capacity, empowering smarter decision-making.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by inspiring teams to think critically, innovate, and embrace change.
- Collaborate globally with Gallagher’s Center of Excellence to share best practices, align with corporate standards, and drive synergy across teams.

About you

We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving impactful change. You’ll bring:

- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Required).
- 5+ years of experience leading process improvement, operational transformation, or excellence initiatives in industries like BPO, insurance, finance, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience working with automation teams and tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (Required)
- Proficiency in English or Portuguese (B2 level) to collaborate effectively across global teams.
