This is a remote full-time ($25,000 USD per year) opportunity to run the architectural responsibilities of a growing vertically-integrated development and construction company doing business across multiple US states. No licensing is required as we have our drawings stamped by others in-country.
The company emphasizes autonomy and independence among the staff which already includes in-house construction management, in-house civil engineering, and more.
Responsibilities:
- life safety plan for a commercial building
- any architectural work required for a permitting authority (such as 'Elevations')
- administering, coordinating, and supervising MEP drawings & structural drawings
- occasionally "piggybacking" off shop drawings provided by metal building supplier
