Track and Trace Specialist – Remote (Night Shift from Bogotá, Colombia)
Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST

We are seeking a Detail-oriented and proactive Track and Trace Specialist to support our U.S.-based logistics operations during the night shift. This is a remote position ideal for candidates located in Bogotá. You will play a critical role in monitoring freight movements, coordinating with drivers and dispatchers, and ensuring real-time visibility and updates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and track freight shipments in real time.
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide proactive updates and communication to clients regarding load status.
- Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and tracking platforms.
- Resolve in-transit issues with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain clear, bilingual communication (Spanish/English).

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in logistics or transportation (Track & Trace preferred).




- Familiarity with TMS and shipment tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during overnight hours.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Contract Type:

This position is offered under a “prestación de servicios” (independent contractor agreement) in accordance with Colombian regulations. As such, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing their own taxes, social security contributions, and benefits.
