About the Role:
A fast-growing U.S.-based architectural design and permitting firm is seeking an experienced Architect to join our remote team. We work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects across multiple jurisdictions and are looking for a highly skilled professional who can meet U.S. standards and deliver high-quality work.

Position Overview:
This role requires a strong technical background, independence, and attention to detail. The adecuado candidate has direct experience working on U.S.-based projects, understands building codes, and is comfortable producing full architectural drawing sets with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proven experience working on U.S.-based projects (required)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and permitting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and technology
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – required
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Experience producing full architectural plan sets (residential and commercial)

Responsibilities:

- Develop complete architectural drawing sets using Revit




- Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers
- Interpret and apply U.S. building codes and city requirements
- Review and respond to plan check corrections
- Collaborate with internal team and communicate clearly in English
- Ensure all work meets professional standards and is permit-ready
- Communicate directly with clients regarding project progress, questions, and design coordination
- Communicate with city departments and plan checkers as needed to support approvals
- Manage project coordination and ensure all moving parts are aligned
