Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and manage reservations
- Assign trips to chauffeurs
- Manage updates or changes and ensure clear communication with chauffeurs
- Monitor trip cancellations and notify chauffeurs promptly
- Handle costing adjustments, including manual entries when necessary
- Notify clients about services and updates
- Coordinate with third-party providers when chauffeurs are unavailable Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

- Strong spoken and written English skills are required
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Work Environment:

In-office position located in Medellin

Schedule:

Final shift assignments will be determined during onboarding; however, open availability for overnight and weekend shifts is required.

Depending on the hours worked and experience (Salary range listed does not include additional compensation required as a result of applicable Colombian labor laws) Indefinite contract with full benefits.
