About the Role
Starlight is hiring a motivated, bilingual professional based in Colombia to join our team in either a Recruiting or Sales capacity. This is not an entry-level, passive role — we're looking for someone who is confident communicating in English, comfortable with outreach and follow-up, and driven to hit consistent weekly and monthly goals. During the hiring process, we'll match you to the track (Recruiting or Sales) that best fits your strengths and experience.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

- Consistent daily outreach — calls, messages, and follow-ups with candidates or prospective clients
- Clear weekly and monthly targets (interviews scheduled, candidates placed, or deals advanced, depending on your track)
- Accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM/ATS after every interaction
- Close collaboration with the team to troubleshoot and improve results

If Recruiting: Screen and coordinate with candidates, schedule interviews, manage follow-ups through the hiring pipeline.

If Sales: Reach out to prospective clients,



present our services, and support the sales pipeline from first contact through close.

Requirements

- C1 English proficiency (spoken and written) — required
- Based in Colombia
- Comfortable with consistent outreach (calls/messages) and handling objections or pushback professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Prior experience in recruiting, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred (not required, but a strong plus)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
