About the Opportunity

As the organization continues to expand, they are investing heavily in their Data & Analytics function to build scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions that drive smarter business decisions and improve patient care.

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join their growing Data & Analytics team. This role is idóneo for someone passionate about modern data architecture, cloud technologies, and building reliable data platforms that empower reporting, business intelligence, and advanced analytics across the organization.

About the Role

As an Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing modern data platforms that enable trusted, scalable analytics across the organization. You'll work closely with Analytics Developers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to build ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud-based data integrations, and scalable data models while ensuring the highest standards of data quality, governance, and security.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale data initiatives within a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines supporting enterprise analytics.
- Build and optimize modern data models and cloud-based data platforms.
- Develop integrations between Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security across enterprise datasets.
- Optimize database performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Analytics Developers and business stakeholders to deliver trusted reporting solutions.




- Support enterprise analytics initiatives by providing clean, reliable, and accessible datasets.
- Automate data workflows and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Implement monitoring, validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvements across the data platform.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA and PCI requirements.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and maintaining enterprise data pipelines and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Strong experience with SQL and enterprise database development.
- Experience building ETL/ELT processes and scalable data integration solutions.
- Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and modern analytics architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Lakehouse architecture, Medallion architecture, and modern data engineering best practices.
- Experience implementing data governance, monitoring, metadata management, and quality controls.
- Familiarity with Python, Spark,



or similar scripting languages for automation is highly preferred.
- Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
