We're looking for a Middle QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our product through comprehensive manual testing. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to validate new features, identify edge cases, improve QA processes, and contribute to stable, high-quality releases by combining strong analytical thinking with a structured testing approach.
Required for this role
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on manual testing
- Experience performing functional, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and structured testing approaches
- Experience working with Jira, Asana, browser DevTools, Git, and test management systems
- Practical experience testing APIs using Postman or Swagger
- Understanding of relational databases and the ability to write basic SQL queries
- Experience creating and maintaining clear test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
- Clear communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken

- Basic understanding of automation concepts
Your responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive manual testing of product features, focusing on functionality, user experience, business logic, and edge cases
- Validate new functionality and ensure the stability of existing features through regression and exploratory testing
- Analyze requirements to identify inconsistencies, ambiguities,
and potential risks before implementation
- Report, track, and document defects with clear reproduction steps, expected versus vigente results, and environment details
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, designers, product owners, and other stakeholders to support high-quality releases
- Participate in test planning, refinement sessions, design discussions, and the definition of testing strategies for new features
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and support effective problem resolution
- Maintain up-to-date QA documentation, including test cases, checklists, bug reports, and release notes
- Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and overall quality standards across the product
