We are hiring a Travel Support Specialist to join our international travel support team.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Colombia who have hands-on experience in airline customer support, travel operations, reservations, or post-sale travel assistance.

The adecuado candidate should be comfortable working with airline-related processes, handling customer inquiries, and using GDS systems in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key requirements

- Based in Colombia
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an airline-related call center, travel support, reservations, ticketing, or similar travel industry role
- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar
- Good understanding of airline bookings, passenger details, schedule changes, ticketing support, and post-sale customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to remain professional under pressure
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently

Main responsibilities





- Provide post-sale support to customers in the airline/travel field
- Assist with booking-related inquiries, schedule changes, and general travel support cases
- Work with internal tools and airline-related systems
- Communicate with customers in a clear, professional, and supportive manner
- Follow company procedures, service standards, and escalation processes
- Ensure accurate handling of customer requests and travel-related information
