Dispatch Coordinator

Location: On site - Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (LA Time -2 hours)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage transportation and logistics operations, ensuring effective communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. The idóneo candidate will have experience in international dispatch operations and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities.
- Maintain effective communication with drivers, field personnel, and customers.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely deliveries.
- Support and supervise dispatch team activities.
- Train new employees on dispatch processes and TMS platforms.
- Provide customer support regarding shipments, pricing, and service inquiries.
- Ensure efficient and accurate freight dispatch operations.

Requirements





- Technical, Technologist, or Professional degree.
- Solid English level.
- Experience in international dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight operations.
