About the Role

Staffees S.A.S is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Spanish Customer Service Representative to support our patients by providing clear, professional, and empathetic assistance in both Spanish and English. This role is patient-facing and requires excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.

Key Responsibilities

-Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking patients via phone, email, or chat.

-Assist patients with inquiries regarding services, appointments, documentation, and follow-ups.

-Accurately document patient interactions and update records in company systems.

-Communicate clearly in both Spanish and English, ensuring patients fully understand their options and instructions.

-Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of patient experience.

-Provide empathetic support, ensuring a positive and professional interaction with every patient.





-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

-Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

-Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, or patient-facing roles preferred.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

-Proficient in using CRM systems, patient management software, or related tools (training will be provided).
