- Base Pay: $19,500/ hour ($6.00 USD/hr)
- Commission / Bonus: $6,500 COP ($2.00 USD) for every booked appointment
- Payment Frequency: Bi-weekly or monthly (via Wise / Payoneer / direct contract)

About the Role

We are a premier U.S.-based medical clinic looking for an articulate, empathetic, and persuasive Bilingual Outbound Sales Representative.

In this role, you will be the primary voice contacting prospective and past patients who have expressed interest in our clinic's specialized programs. You will follow up with warm inquiries, web form submissions, and patient re-engagement lists to educate clients on our medical programs and book them for consultations with our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Outreach: Place outbound calls to warm leads, inbound inquiries, and inactive patients to convert interest into scheduled consultations.
- Consultative Selling: Clearly present our medical services, value, and pricing with warmth, confidence, and empathy.
- Appointment Management: Schedule patient consultations directly inside our clinic software and earn $6,500 COP ($2 USD) for every booked appointment.




- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate notes and update lead statuses in our CRM after every call.
- Objection Handling: Navigate patient questions regarding program details, scheduling, and costs with ease.

Requirements

- English Fluency: C1/C2 level English with a neutral, minimal accent is strictly required. Must also be fluent in Spanish.
- Experience: 1–3+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, intake, or telemarketing experience (prior work with U.S. healthcare or consumer sales is a major plus).
- Communication Style: High energy, empathetic, persuasive, and highly professional phone presence.
- Remote Work Setup:
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (30+ Mbps minimum).
- Reliable computer/laptop in a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Quality USB noise-canceling headset.
