MBOS Program Manager
About
Our client designs and runs the Multi‑Brand Operating System (MBOS) that lets PE‑backed portfolios and multi‑brand operators finally do marketing at scale. We unify fragmented CRMs, data, and workflows into a single commercial spine across hundreds of brands, then layer experimentation, lifecycle marketing, and (eventually) AI agents on top. We work with PE sponsors, holdcos, and high‑growth operators across categories like veterinary services, CPG, and multi-location services to turn chaotic portfolios into repeatable demand engines.
Role summary
We’re hiring a LATAM‑based MBOS Program Manager with 3+ years of hands‑on CRO / growth / marketing ops experience. This is a high-impact, mid-level role. You already know how to build funnels, design solid experiments, and wrangle data. Here, you will take ownership of funnel optimization for specific brands and cohorts within a larger portfolio, while collaborating directly with our founder to integrate those funnels into our broader Multi-Brand Operating System (MBOS).
What you’ll own & do
● Map, build, and optimize full funnels ○ Take ownership of acquisition, activation, and retention flows for assigned brands within a portfolio. You will build and document funnels that work locally while adhering to our shared MBOS spine.
● Execute experimentation roadmaps ○ Move beyond one-off tests. You will independently design hypotheses, set up A/B and multivariate tests, measure statistical significance, and deploy winning variations across landing pages and lifecycle campaigns.
● Configure and integrate marketing systems ○ Roll up your sleeves in the CRM and marketing automation platforms. Build out segments, dynamic journeys, and automated workflows that can be replicated across multiple brands.
● Own conversion tracking for your brands ○ Audit and implement event tracking and goals across web and CRM analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) to ensure the data you are basing decisions on is clean, consistent, and actionable.
● Present your work on client calls ○ Join regular Zoom/Meet sessions with US-based clients. You won't be expected to own the overarching account strategy (our founder leads that), but you must be able to confidently present your funnel audits, walk through your experiment results, and answer direct questions about the systems you built.
● Translate wins into portfolio playbooks ○ Take a winning funnel or test from one brand and document it into a standardized playbook or pattern that can be deployed across the rest of the portfolio. Skills and experience we’re looking for
Must‑have
● 3+ years in CRO, growth, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations, with a proven track record of running end-to-end tests and driving measurable conversion improvements.
● Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level) — able to communicate projects and results clearly with US‑based clients and internal stakeholders.
● High comfort being on camera and speaking on live calls — you don't need to be the strategic lead, but you must be comfortable jumping on a Zoom/Meet to clearly explain a test you ran or a funnel you built directly to client teams.
● Hands‑on experience with: ○ A/B / multivariate testing tools. ○ Analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar). ○ CRM / marketing automation (HubSpot,
Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, etc.).
● Strong analytical foundation: you understand statistical significance, sample sizing, and how to piece together a story from imperfect, fragmented data.
● Structured thinker: ability to translate complex funnel logic into clear diagrams, specs, and operational requirements.
Nice‑to‑have
● Exposure to multi‑brand, multi‑location, or franchise businesses (agency clients, PE roll-ups, etc.).
● Familiarity with event‑based tracking, CDPs, and modern data stacks.
● Interest in agentic / AI‑driven marketing tools and a healthy skepticism about when to actually use them. Mindset
● Systems thinker: You naturally look for ways to turn a single win into a repeatable process or template.
● Comfortable in ambiguity: You don't freeze up when handed a messy tech stack or unclear goals—you start mapping it out and creating order.
● Autonomous but collaborative: You can run with a project independently but know when to sync with leadership to ensure alignment with the broader portfolio architecture.
● Bias to action: You value getting a "good enough" experiment live today over a "perfect" one live next month.
What success looks like in 12 months
● You confidently execute the funnel builds and experimentation roadmaps for key brands within our client portfolios.
● You are speaking on client calls with high confidence, clearly explaining the 'how' and 'what' of the funnels and tests you’ve built.
● You have established a steady, high-velocity cadence of A/B tests and optimizations.
● You have actively contributed to the MBOS library by building reusable funnel patterns and automations that we now deploy to newly acquired brands.
