We're looking for a Database Coordinator to own and optimize the data infrastructure that powers our marketing, sales, and client engagement efforts.

What you'll do:

- Manage and optimize databases and CRM platforms (HubSpot & Apollo)
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and strategic segmentation
- Build high-quality prospect lists for sales and marketing
- Improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM
- Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis

We're looking for someone who has:





- Experience building and managing high-value databases
- Strong CRM management skills (HubSpot & Apollo)
- Expertise in data hygiene and email deliverability
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and passion for data quality
