About the Role
We are seeking a Course Advisor to join the team at Stellar Learning, supporting initiatives and strategies to grow both EIT’s brand and enrolment numbers. You will work as an independent contractor for Stellar Learning, working up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Position Overview
Education Agent responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with local and regional education agents to support enrolments to EIT.
- Local and International travel will be required
- Managing relationships with assigned education agents. This entails tracking performance, dealing with issues, driving recruitment initiatives and collecting market intelligence etc.
- Develop an understanding of the LATAM market and provide feedback & market intelligence to EIT in developing strategies to grow both EIT’s brand and application/enrolment numbers
- Coordinating, running and recording training for registered Education Agents (online and on campus), as required
- Ad hoc marketing project and admin tasks, as required.
Course Advisor responsibilities:
- Providing accurate enrolment advice to prospective students nationally and internationally for online courses and on-campus courses.
- Assessing whether students meet initial admissions requirements.
- Taking charge of inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiries from potential
- students and maintaining records of contacts made.
- Scheduling, following up and converting phone and email enquiries into student registrations.
- Creating relationships with potential students through to course enrolments.
- Ensuring the accurate management of the EIT prospective student database.
Third-party Relationship Development responsibilities:
- Forming and nurturing relationships with Counsellors and recruitment teams at Partner English Providers.
- Identifying new partnerships with English Providers in Brisbane and developing current relationships.
- Facilitating industry, community and association relationships relevant to target markets
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Positive attitude and strong desire to provide outstanding customer service;
- Aptitude for being on the 'front line' of customer service with a strong customer focus;
- Clear, confident speaking voice;
- Good written communication skills;
- A strong desire to help potential students with accurate information and advice;
- Confident user of email software, live chat, Microsoft Office programs and Customer Relationship Management software;
- A strong desire to exceed your KPIs;
- Able to carry out fast and accurate data entry
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Able to prioritise daily tasks to meet KPI’s
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
