Your Role:

As a BPO Trainer, you will:

Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing team members, covering a range of BPO processes and procedures.

Develop engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive modules, to support the learning objectives.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide personalized feedback to facilitate skill development and performance improvement.

Collaborate closely with operations managers and team leaders to identify training needs and implement tailored programs that drive results.





Serve as a mentor and coach, inspiring our team members to reach their full potential and achieve excellence in their roles.
