We are scaling our operational engine and seeking an aggressive, hyper-organized Project Manager based in Colombia to weaponize our post-production pipelines.

This is a seat for an analytical executioner. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and creative output, steering teams of high-end short-form and long-form video editors, copywriters, and agency leads. If you thrive under high velocity and live for flawless process organization, your workstation is ready.

What You’ll Drive

- Pipeline Traffic Engineering: Command daily sprint cycles and editorial queues. Keep the creative pipeline moving at maximum velocity while predicting and clearing operational blockages before they compound.
- Kaizen Resource Management: Dynamically track and report team capacity. Balance workloads across our editing network so that no asset sits idle and no post-production workflow stalls.
- Operational Auditing: Constantly refine our internal SOP database in Notion and Asana. When a workflow breaks,



you don't just patch it—you redesign the system to ensure it never happens again.

Your DNA & Tech Stack

- The Proof: Clear historical evidence of leading decentralized, fast-paced post-production or agency teams. You must show an understanding of technical creative pipelines (Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve workflows).
- The Core Stack: Elite command over sprint-based project management platforms (Slack, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana), Frame.io, and Loom.
- The "Winner" Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving agency. You do not ask for permission to fix an obvious system bottleneck; you engineer the solution independently.
- Fluid English: Exceptional communication skills to operate asynchronously across international time zones with zero translation drag.
