An Operations Supervisor oversees all activity of a specific department or area in a company. They observe and analyze overall efficacy of the department and ensure things are moving smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Team leadership experience.
- Client facing and onboarding background preferred.
- Project Management preferred.
- Interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors or Technical degree required.
- C1 English level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Located in Medellín.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a group of employees.
- Evaluating the employees' performance and deliver feedback, positive or critical, to improve the operations flow.
- Report on department's metrics to the CEO and other leaders.
- Provide advanced customer support when needed.
- Meet with the different teams in order to stay updated on all the operations.
