Overview

We are looking for an experienced Client & Talent Operations Manager to oversee both client success and talent operations. This role is adecuado for someone who can effectively manage client relationships while ensuring talent placement, performance, and operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee client and talent operations across multiple accounts
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage talent onboarding, deployment, and ongoing support processes
- Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and talent performance
- Build and improve operational systems, workflows, and service standards
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful placements
- Track operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve escalations and implement solutions to support client and talent success
- Drive consistency, accountability,



and operational excellence across teams

Qualifications

- Proven experience in operations, client services, workforce management, or talent operations
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing client-facing processes and service delivery
- Ability to create and optimize systems and workflows
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in staffing, BPO, recruitment, outsourcing, or professional services environments
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
