**Position:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Paralegal to join our team.
This is a full-time, remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that makes a real difference in people's lives.
You must be able to work Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm PST
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist attorneys/paralegals in preparing legal documents and case management.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for the case.
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
- Organize and maintain documents in an electronic system.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in workers' compensation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and protocol.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential for effective communication with clients and team members. **Mandatory minimum of C1 English level.**
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy.
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
- **Must have a reliable internet connection, a headset, and at least two screens for effective multitasking and communication.**
