Job Title: Customer Support & Training Ambassador

This role is fully remote, and we are currently hiring candidates located in Colombia!

As a Customer Support & Training Ambassador at New York Solar Program, you'll use your communication and customer service skills to educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy, with no out-of-pocket cost

Despite government funding and incentives available in New York, many still believe solar requires a costly upfront investment. Join us in changing that perception!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Outbound & Inbound Calls – Connect with homeowners in prime solar areas. Building rapport, setting and rescheduling appointments, and handling any other customer service-related tasks.
- Educate & Build Trust – Educate homeowners on all the benefits of getting solar now, while it is currently government-funded.
- Support & Tools – CRM management, customer service, sales resources, and ongoing coaching.




- Train - Provide training and coaching to onboarding ambassadors.
- Leadership - Mentor and coach all ambassadors.
- What we are looking for:
- English proficiency: Excellent oral and written communication skills. (C1
- Level)You reside in the country of Colombia.
- Teachable - Willing to learn and actively apply methods from training.
- Personable: You’re known for your outgoing personality and professionalism, accompanied by a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated: You’re driven by a desire and the ability to meet and exceed your performance goals and work independently while being a part of a great team.
- Tech Savvy
- Detailed Oriented
- Versátil Schedule - Ability to work Monday through Friday (2-hour shift on Saturdays).
- Have high-speed internet, computer & headset
