As the organization continues to expand its Data & Analytics capabilities, they are seeking an experienced Analytics Developer to transform complex business data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across the enterprise.

About the Role

As an Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise business intelligence solutions that empower leaders across the organization to make informed decisions. Working closely with business stakeholders and the Analytics Engineering team, you will translate reporting requirements into intuitive dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and self-service analytics solutions.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable analytics.
- Create intuitive, user-friendly data visualizations that support operational and executive decision-making.
- Develop semantic models, reusable datasets, KPIs, and reporting assets for self-service analytics.
- Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, testing, and quality assurance processes.




- Work closely with Analytics Engineers to leverage enterprise data models and cloud data platforms.
- Support data governance initiatives by maintaining high standards of reporting accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, dashboard usability, and analytics adoption.
- Document reporting solutions, business logic, and development standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Data & Analytics team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA and PCI requirements.

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience developing business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Strong experience with Power BI or similar enterprise business intelligence platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, dimensional modeling, and star schema design.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, semantic models, and reusable reporting assets.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and user-centered dashboard design.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services,



or other modern cloud analytics platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is considered a strong advantage.
