Club Care Assistant – Carver Elementary

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Position Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 6:30am – 10:30am and 3:00pm – 6:00pm; School Year Only

Salary: $22.66/hr. (Tier 4) An extra $31.49/day will be earned when working a split shift on student contact days

Hiring Bonus: $500 one-time payment upon successful completion of probationary employment period (120 days)

Referral Bonus: $250

Position Purpose





Provide care for students in program and assist in activities and everyday needs of the site. Give direction to paraprofessionals on site.

Qualifications

Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain); experience working with elementary aged children.

Benefits of Employment

Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
