The Associate Physician Relations Specialist helps build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and key healthcare stakeholders.
This role supports programs and initiatives that enhance the company's reputation, expand market access, and educate healthcare professionals about our therapies and solutions.
This role is Flexwork arrangement based on Bogotá, Colombia.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's image with thought leaders, high-profile individuals, and key healthcare stakeholders Organize company-sponsored symposia, consultant programs, and advisory board meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key surgical/medical society organizations aligned with the business Support efforts to increase market access and development opportunities,



including education of other healthcare professionals Respond to external requests for samples, literature, and general information in a timely and compliant manner Develop concepts and align physician engagement programs with market, product, and brand strategies Design and help implement educational programs and events Support contract discussions and may assist with sponsorship agreements Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree required Fluency in English (minimum B2 required)1 year of required professional experience internship or related experience in healthcare, marketing, or customer-facing roles Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and supervision Nice To Have: Experience working in healthcare or medical devices industries Customer-facing or stakeholder management experience Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
