We are looking for an experienced RTR Associate Manager to oversee Record to Report operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with SLAs, and successful month-end close execution.
This role combines people leadership, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the RTR team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage team priorities, workload distribution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Analyze complex accounting and operational issues,



identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align business requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Monitor project finances, operational metrics, and team performance to support business objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
Requirements
More than 7 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and a good understanding of controls, policies, compliance, and process efficiency
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Experience in leading and/or participating in meetings with clients
Strong teamwork and customer support skills
Advanced Excel and macro knowledge
Knowledge of ERP SAP
Functional expertise in different modules in SAP
Experience in leading ***** people
A high level of proficiency in English is required
