We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead across multiple projects across Microsoft, Cloud/SaaS Applications and AI transformation.
This role is responsible for end‐to‐end project execution, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to PMO governance, security, and compliance requirementsThe Project Manager will work closely with customer stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and executive leadership to ensure successful planning, deployment, migration, training, and adoption of applications across a regulated environment.
This is a high‐visibility role requiring strong communication skills and prior experience managing technology programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle for several Application implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close‐outServe as the primary onsite point of contact for project stakeholdersManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies in accordance with government project governance standardsCoordinate cross‐functional teams including infrastructure, security, identity, migration, training, and change management resourcesOversee Google Workspace rollout activities such as email and data migration, identity integration, security configuration, and end‐user enablementEnsure compliance with public‐sector requirements related to data security, privacy, documentation, and audit readinessFacilitate status meetings, steering committee updates,



and executive briefingsProduce and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and change requestsSupport user adoption through training coordination, communication planning, and post‐go‐live stabilizationEnsure successful handoff to operations and support teams at project completionRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years supporting government or public‐sector clientsProven experience leading enterprise application implementations or large‐scale collaboration platform deploymentsStrong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, identity management, security, and cloud‐based collaborationtoolsExperience managing onsite projects with senior stakeholders and cross‐agencyteamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‐level reportingAbility to work onsite in Medellin, ColombiaStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsPrior experience with large enterprise technology initiativesFamiliarity with security, compliance, or data governance requirementsPMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certificationExperience coordinating end‐user training and change managementprogramsWork Ennt projectStructured governance and documentationstandardsCollaboration with technical delivery, security, and executive teamsHigh emphasis on professionalism, accountability, and stakeho
