What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects across IT, infrastructure, or business operations
Coordinate with stakeholders from engineering, operations, finance, and external partners to align on goals and deliverables
Define project scope, milestones, resource plans, and risk management strategies
Monitor project progress and performance, keeping teams on target and making data-driven decisions
Communicate status, roadblocks, and solutions clearly to senior leadership
Lead change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, applying lessons from past projects to optimize future ones
Who You Are
Experienced project manager (5+ years) preferably in tech, infrastructure, or operations
Excellent at managing budgets, timelines, and project risk
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
Resourceful, organized, and capable under pressure
Strong communicator with fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)




Skilled at translating business needs into technical plans and actionable deliverables
