Role Description This full-time Sales Representative role at Kampaign Kings is an on-site position based in Medellín.
The Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outbound calls and in-person meetings, and present Kampaign Kings' solutions in a clear, value-focused manner.
Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company targets.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and providing ongoing account support to strengthen client relationships.
The Sales Representative is expected to meet and exceed sales goals, report on performance metrics, and continuously seek opportunities to improve sales strategies and customer experience.QualificationsDemonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation,



and closing.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in presenting to individuals and groups.Experience using CRM software and basic productivity tools to manage pipelines and document activities.Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work toward clear targets.Customer-centric mindset, with the capacity to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.Ability to work on-site in Medellín and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management; experience in marketing or campaign services is a plus.Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Professional proficiency in Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage.
