We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and ensure the quality of connection studies for multiple new projects.Lead management and negotiation of connection contract subscriptions.Direct processes for obtaining construction and public space occupation licenses.Supervise and optimize meteorological measurement campaigns.Coordinate with property teams to identify and secure land for development.Assess and resolve technical constraints in project design and construction.Identify strategic opportunities for new connections and project development.Lead and validate initial feasibility studies for developing projects.Develop and review basic engineering and layouts for all assigned projects.Support and mentor junior staff; perform additional tasks as required.Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil, or related Engineering required.Experience & Technical Skills6–8 years of experience in energy project development/construction (large-scale renewables preferred).
Advanced knowledge of connection study methodologies, contractual procedures (STN, STR, SDL), and site evaluation.Skilled in Excel, Google Earth, and project management tools.Experience in negotiation, permitting, and technical documentation.Proven track record in fieldwork, measurement, and land management.Strong leadership, organization, and mentorship skills.Excellent analytical and technical judgement.Clear communicator and effective collaborator.High accountability and drive for continuous improvement.Company CultureWe believein a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.
