Job DetailsIdentify, measure, and report operational and Third-Party Risk Management risksSupport management of third-party risk onboarding and due diligence by ensuring appropriate risk assessments are completedAssist Business Owners with due diligence documentation and evaluation of third-party relationshipsExecute issue management end-to-end activities (issue identification, prioritization, assignment, remediation, closure) for matters pertaining to third partiesEnsure adequate, appropriate, and current third-party risk documentation is maintained in the Third Party Risk Management Software SystemLeverage the Third-Party Risk Management Software System as the system of record and as a reporting tool to analyze vendors for risk analysisConsult with business leaders to effectively manage change when requiredProvide risk oversight for process improvement projects, as neededLiaise with senior management and Third-Party Risk Management stakeholdersOversee and / or develop ongoing monitoring activities in alignment with TPRM policyProvide subject matter expertise on certain components of Third-Party Risk ManagementAssist in developing training materials to support the Third-Party Risk Management program; help facilitate internal training of stakeholders on Third-Party Risk Management program requirementsWork with other risk functions to understand, support and / or advise in development and implementation of controls that mitigate risksProvide quality control review on data and submissions by the Business SponsorsAssist in the creation of desktop procedures for departmental processesMaintain policies and other governance documents relating to the Third-Party Risk Management programMonitor and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the various inter-dependent risk and related program policies, procedures, processes, systems,



and internal controls that will help effectively manager third party riskPrepare reports and communicate risk findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholdersReview contracts to ensure inclusion of particular required terms and conditionsWork with management and stakeholders to ensure proper vendor termination procedures are in place and enforcedContinuously refine and adapt the Third-Party Risk Management Program in response to emerging trends, and evolving industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Education: Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.Work Experience: 2 years of experience in risk management, privacy operations, incident management, compliance operations, or a related field preferred.Skills and Knowledge: Certification in privacy, risk management, compliance, or information governance preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-focused.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
Ability to extract and transform data from multiple compliance systems and databases for reporting purposes.
Subject matter expertise with the ability to develop relevant training content.
Ability to deliver training effectively across the organization.
