Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach to guide hospitality clients through our platform, training staff and tailoring the system to their properties.
You'll work with clients remotely, using video, phone, and email to ensure a smooth start and ongoing success.You'll build strong relationships, troubleshoot issues across channels, collaborate with Sales to demonstrate ROI, and contribute to training materials.
