ROLE & TEAMThis role will bridge the gap between our Finance and People teams to ensure that our Colombia payroll is processed seamlessly.
We are looking for someone who has a drive for change and optimising our current processes as well as a natural tendency to be in the detail.Working within the Finance Team reporting into the Head of Transactional Processing, this role will work closely with the People Operations Team providing our Colombia payroll service.RESPONSIBILITIESManage all aspects of payroll within ColombiaReview processed payroll for correctionsEnsure compliance with legislation and reporting requirementsHandle holiday, absence, PILON and sick pay calculations where requiredOversee tax-related payroll returnsParticipate in system improvementsWork closely with the tax team to run and manage year-end proceduresMaintain internal controls and audit complianceManage pension, health care, CTW and other payroll related enrolmentsEnsure new employees and changes in our HRIS system (Workday)
