Our Core Operations department within Payment Operations is looking for a committed individual to support the processing of incoming and outgoing funds while ensuring all clients receive the best possible service.This is a temporary, full-time position based in Bogotá, Colombia.
You will work closely with our Core Operations teams based in the US and report to the Core Operations Team Leader.
The role operates on US business hours (10:30am - 7:30pm COT).
About the RoleWhat we expect,Processing high-volume client payments in our in-house back-office system and third-party banking portals.Maintaining high accuracy and quality while inputting client beneficiary information.Completing Know Your Customer (KYC) sender classifications on incoming funds and permitted country checks for our Collections and Receipts flows.Identifying and escalating any operational issues impacting client payments,



ensuring they are resolved as quickly as possible.Ensuring all incoming funds and outgoing payments reach our clients as efficiently as possible with no delays.Developing and maintaining adequate knowledge of internal systems and processes, along with a sound understanding of external payments networks.Managing your time effectively and completing all tasks within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Working as part of a general team, embodying our values of communication and collaboration.What we're after,Ability to follow processes provided during training.Ability to complete high-volume data entry tasks with strong attention to detail and work in a methodical manner.Ability to complete tasks within agreed timeframes.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and workstreams.Strong communication skills, numeracy, organisation, and a hardworking attitude.Previous payments or operational processing experience in a banking or fintech environment would be welcomed but is not essential.
