You will monitor real-time operations, track volumes, and deliver interval-based KPI reports to Supervisors and Directors, ensuring optimal staffing and incident logging.The adecuado candidate has 1–2 years in a WFM/RT role within BPO or contact centers, strong Excel skills, and experience with NICE/Verint/Genesys.
