We're Hiring: Carrier Relations & Capacity Specialist (Freight Brokerage):

We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive professional to help build, expand, and manage our carrier network across the United States.
Success in this role comes from being proactive—consistently identifying new carriers, maintaining strong carrier relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting seamless load execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, recruit, and onboard carriers across all U.S. markets.
Verify carrier compliance, insurance, operating authority, safety records, and all required documentation.
Build, expand, and maintain a strong, reliable carrier network throughout the United States.
Negotiate and establish competitive carrier rates.
Manage booked loads from carrier assignment through completion.
Review paperwork, verify accessorial charges, and ensure accurate billing.
Maintain carrier records and ensure ongoing compliance.




Develop long-term relationships with carriers to increase capacity, coverage, and service reliability nationwide.
Requirements:
Experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or carrier procurement.
Strong knowledge of DAT, Highway, FMCSA, and carrier onboarding processes.
Experience with drayage is highly preferred.
Understanding of carrier compliance, insurance, and safety requirements.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to continuously grow our carrier network across all 50 states.
