Role SummaryThe Scheduler is the primary point of contact for participants in our data collection studies.
They manage outreach by phone and email, confirm availability, and coordinate scheduling to ensure a smooth study experience.Role ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate participant scheduling for study appointments according to project requirementsHandle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and professionalismPerform general administrative duties, including data entry, and maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments using internal scheduling softwareLiaise with onsite study staff to ensure smooth participant flow and efficient operationsUphold confidentiality and ethical standards of the studyAnswer questions participants may have in a professional and timely mannerRemind participants of upcoming appointmentsCommunicate schedule changes to participants and onsite study staffAct as liaison between participants and Project ManagerResolve scheduling conflicts as they occurRole Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in Google SuiteProfessional level of English is required.
