We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team in Cartagena.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy and supporting operational efficiency by investigating and resolving billing discrepancies that prevent freight invoices from being processed correctlyThe adecuado candidate has a background in general accounting, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable communicating with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure timely resolution of invoice exceptions.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve invoice and freight billing issues in a timely manner.Communicate with internal operations teams, external carriers,



and customers to gather information and resolve discrepancies.Ensure freight bills are processed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the AP Audit Manager when necessary.Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and resolutions.Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce billing exceptions and improve financial accuracy.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, auditing, or a related accounting role.English proficiency: B2 or higher (required).
Must be in Cartagena.
