Credit Department (Temporary) supports the Andean C2C team with processes related to Trade Customer's Credit and Debit notes elaboration related to commercial plans.
This position is temporary for 12 months.ResponsibilitiesCreate Debit Notes for Customers who have taken Unsuitable Discounts on Prompt PaymentElaborate credit, debit notes referring to commercial plans for all customers of the Andean RegionPrepare miscellaneous debit and credit notes and all those notes required for the cancellation of documents such as invoices or notes, prior approval of the Area ManagerElaborate debit notes of checks returned to customers in ColombiaElaborate debit notes for improper discounts of prompt payment in CP ColombiaSend quarterly statements to Customers and credit notes as requiredSupport C2C executives in the allocation of cash receipts to sales executivesPrepare portfolio seniority reports,



to help management to track older itemsPrepare monthly reports that help the C2C executives in the management of the accounts receivable administrationPay and Transfer Invoices from Vendor to CustomerActive Participation in C2C initiativesEnsure that the accounts under his/her responsibility remain at the end of the month according to accounting guidelines in both COA and PUCQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related fieldsPrevious trainee experience in FinanceData Analysis and reporting experienceEnglish proficiency - minimum intermediateERP (SAP), Excel, Microsoft Office/Google Suite knowledgeData Analysis tools (e.g. Python) and AI tools knowledgeEffective communication, teamwork, relationship building and attention to detail skills
